User guide: how to top up
End-to-end: console → on-chain transfer → credited.
1. Open the top-up page
Console → Top up (path) → switch to the "Crypto" tab.
2. Select chain / token / amount
Top half of the page:
- Chain: Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Aptos, etc.
- Token: USDT / USDC / APT / etc. (depends on chain)
- Amount: how much you want to credit
ℹ️ Gas fees vary wildly between chains. For small top-ups (< $50), prefer BSC / Polygon / Arbitrum / Aptos — gas is cents.
3. Get your dedicated address
After confirming, the page shows:
- The deposit address (long string)
- QR code
- The exact chain and token to use (read carefully — wrong chain may permanently lose funds)
- Current minimum amount (admin-configured)
- Required confirmations (e.g. BSC 12 blocks)
⚠️ Important: EVM-family chains share the same address but on different chains; Aptos has a different address. Strictly follow the on-page chain + token — don't send BSC USDT to a Polygon address.
4. Send from your wallet
Open your wallet (MetaMask / Trust / OKX Wallet / Aptos wallet / etc.):
- Switch to the specified chain (not a similar one)
- Pick the specified token
- Paste the deposit address
- Enter the amount (slightly more is safer in case gas trims)
- Confirm + pay gas
5. Wait
After broadcast:
- Seconds to ~1 min: tx visible in mempool
- At N confirmations (e.g. BSC 12 blocks ≈ 36 sec): primerouter scanner picks it up → marked
detected - A few seconds later: status becomes
credited, balance refreshes
The whole flow is typically 1–15 minutes, depending on chain speed and congestion.
6. Not credited? Sync manually
Console → Top up → Crypto tab → "Sync my recent transfers" button.
primerouter immediately scans your wallet's last N blocks (N is admin-configured, usually enough for the past 24 hours), finds matching transfers, and processes them.
Throttle: sync has a cooldown (typically 30s to a few min). Frequent clicks get rate-limited.
7. Top-up records
The bottom table shows:

Pricing / FX
Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) are 1:1 USD. Native tokens (ETH, BNB, APT) convert at credit-time rate (oracle-provided).
Common mistakes
| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Wrong chain (sent ETH-network USDT to a BSC address) | Often recoverable — contact support immediately |
| Wrong token (correct chain, but token not in supported list) | Possibly recoverable, contact support |
| Below minimum top-up | Transfer succeeds but isn't credited; contact support |
| Confirmed on-chain but not credited after 5 min | Use "Sync my recent transfers" |
