What it does
Add quota to your account. primerouter is prepaid + pay-as-you-go — top-ups convert to internal quota units (USD or whatever your site is configured for).

Steps
- Pick a method
- Pick or enter an amount
- Complete payment
- Wait for credit (auto-refresh; for crypto you can trigger manual sync)
Records
The bottom of the page lists recent top-ups:
- Time, method, amount, credit status
- Crypto top-ups also show: chain / token / tx hash / confirmations
- Statuses:
pending/detected/credited/failed
Refunds
primerouter does not support top-up refunds by default — quota is consumed only, not withdrawable. See Pricing → billing rules.
FAQ
Q: My crypto top-up isn't credited. A: Find it in logs. If detected, wait for required confirmations (e.g. 12 on BSC). If absent entirely, see Crypto FAQ.
Q: Can I top up multiple times to the same crypto address? A: Yes. All transfers from any wallet to your dedicated address are credited, deduplicated by (chain, tx_hash, log_index).
