1. Acceptance

Registering or using primerouter constitutes acceptance of this agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service definition

primerouter provides AI API routing and billing — forwarding user requests to upstream model providers. We do not train or host LLM weights ourselves; all model inference happens at the corresponding upstream.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate, valid registration information
• You're responsible for your account security (password, Passkey, 2FA, API keys)
• One person, one account; no account resale
• Repeated abuse may result in account ban

4. Billing

• Billing rules: see Pricing
• Topped-up quota is non-withdrawable — consumable only
• System errors (e.g. double charge) can be appealed; we'll refund as quota

5. Your content

• You retain all rights to your submitted content (prompts, uploaded files, conversations)
• primerouter does not store prompt body by default (see Privacy policy)
• You must not submit infringing, illegal, or malicious content

6. Model behavior

• Upstream-generated content is determined by the upstream provider; we are not responsible for factual accuracy or legality
• Verify before redistribution or commercial use

7. Prohibited

You may not:

• Use for fraud, political coercion, child sexual abuse material, violent threats, etc.
• Intentionally generate massive malicious requests to deplete others' resources
• Bypass rate limits, abuse free quota (multi-account farming, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the system to enable attacks
• Publicly leak or resell API keys

8. Service availability

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the service up; we do not commit to 100% SLA
• Upstream provider outages causing service disruption are not our responsibility
• Maintenance windows may briefly disrupt service; advance notice given

9. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages from disruption, data loss, etc.
• Liability cap: amounts you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Changes to the agreement

• We may update this agreement; major changes notified on the main site and via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version

11. Governing law

Governed by the law of the jurisdiction of primerouter's operating entity. Specific jurisdiction and dispute resolution: see the canonical version on the main site.
